Frustrated

I've logged in for 88 days and I'm only down 11lbs. I exercise for a minimum of 40, usually over an hr, every day. I keep my count to around 1,200 every day too. I have one cheat day a wk but that only adds 100/200 extra calories. Any ideas? Maybe more exercise?

    Also, 11 lbs in 12 1/2 weeks is a perfectly healthy rate of loss for most people, so it's likely you just need to keep at it.

    what are you cheating with for only 200 extra calories?? are you measuring your cheat food.

    i cant think of any 'cheat day' food that is 200 calories... 1/4 candy bar?

    About a pound a week is good...health. Probably means it will stay off. Good job.

    I'm 5'7 and weigh 189lbs. I do weigh my food and log everything! I think being 47 has something to do with it. Not as easy to lose now as it was in my 30's!
