Starting weight loss post baby!

hey! I had a baby 3 months ago today and although the first 15-20 lbs melted off I've plateaued and am still hanging on to 20-ish of baby weight plus I'd like to lose another 10 on top of that. I am just so tired of not being able to fit into my pre-baby clothes yet I'm def not in maternity wear anymore either! Just looking for support in this journey and to be a support!

    I'm with you but I gave up and lost so much sight that my child is 19 months and I just now started dieting and working out

    I hear ya! It's super easy to lose sight in the whirlwind of being a new mom and balancing everything. Keep it up though! I'm sure your 19 month old keeps you running these days

    My daughter is a month old and I need to get back on track ans lose the rest. I have like 40 lbs to lose to be where I want probably. 25-30 would be ok too. I lost an initial 20 lbs the first week after the baby. I'm breastfeeding so that helps some tok. .but I haven't been eating well at all.
