    If your goal was to lose weight as fast as possible, watch out, it may come back on just as fast. But if your goal is to lose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life, losing slow is always better. It is eating in a way that is sustainable.

    Ah, I wasn't insulting OP. So I don't know why you guys made that comment. Besides I was heavier so lost quickly. Op I was not offending you or taking away from your loss. Its harder for someone that is overweight to lose weight compared to someone who is obese or morbidly obese. I was obese - I was 200lbs. Heavier people lose weight quicker!
    I understand how hard it is to lose weight when you are overweight. I was there long time ago.
