:happy: hi everyone!
ive recently fallen off the wagon after an amamzing few months!
bootcamps, 6 week gym challenges, personal trainings the lot!!!!
now its time to get serious! :mad:

i wanna loose the above weight before november 1!
i wanna get to 67kg (147.4 lbs) by then!!!!

anyone else have the same amount to loose, and determined as hell!!!!?????
PLEASE join me and we can help and get to our goals by then!!!!!

i need motivation, support, dedication and devotion. those are the ppl i want around as in return i will do everything in my power to get us to goal and return the favour!!!!!

    I have more than double that to lose, but I just wanted to let you know that YOU CAN DO IT! I've lost 40 pounds in 4 1/2 months, so it CAN be done. 30 pounds in 5 1/2 months should be simple.

    Get serious about calorie counting and doing your exercising then :)

    I have been using MFP for 80 days now and have lost just over 11kg already. I want to lose approx 40kg by November 25 and am well on track to achieve this goal.

    So for you to lose 13 kg by Nov 1 is well and truly possible.

    I AM IN!!!! I have about 40 to lose and I have set the goal date as my birthday (November 2). I call it "130 by 30". I posted a topic a while ago - "Hot by 30" - and there are a lot of us that are like-minded. Hopefully some of those folks will join this challenge, too! Will add you.

    im so in im a stay at home mum and feel like all i do is sit down and do nothing.
    ive got 9.3 kgs 2 lose but im happy 2 lose more :happy:
    im 73.3kgs goal weight is anything under 64
