Today I start my fitness journey! I got on the scale and realized I was almost 100 lbs overweight . My brother suggested this app for me and I feel good about it.

    Hello -- I wish you the best! I have been using this app for the last 4 weeks. It has helped me a lot. If you have an iPhone or android I suggest you download either pacer or breeze to track down your steps. My goal has been 10000 steps a day plus eating health, so far so good for me. I have not join any gym or group -- I am doing this on my own.
