Hi everyone I have to learn how to work out while using only one arm. I need core stability and balance exercises because I fell 7 months ago and my left arm is STILL BROKEN ugh!
I get loads of cardio in as I walk between 40-80 klms a week but my abs are a mess.

Sorry about your arm.
Core exercises don't target abdominal fat. For more on that, Google "spot reduction myth".
If you're losing body fat, keep doing what you're doing. If you're not losing, reduce your calorie intake and/or increase your activity level.
Before doing balance or strength exercises, you should get approval from your doctor.

This.
Somethings up if it's been 7mo.
it's unwise to advise you without doctors clearance. A doctor, preferably an orthopaedic dr, should clear you and give you guidance.
or a physiotherapist or physical therapist or orthopaedic PA.0 -
You're stuck doing variations of crunches, bicycles, and leg raise type exercises. Anything involving laying on your back and while engaging your core.
You wrote 7 months ago. Did you mean "Weeks" as opposed to "months?" Because if you meant months, you really need to have that looked at.0
