    Hi there, I'm fairly new to my fitness pal, I've been logging in for the last 4 weeks and have list 14lbs!! Documenting every morsel has really been the key! I had no idea how many calories I was really consuming. All those hidden treats really added up. You can do this!!

    Hey im the same... need motivation all the time. Im needing to build my strenth back up and get my diabetes under control. Using this app might help me. Ive already went over my calorie intake :o hopefully i do better tomorrow. Anyway i know you can do it... good luck x
