1. Add flax seed to ur cereal or other food that u eat... more fiber and omega 3 fatty acid...
2. To remind myself about my target, i set a target related password at my work laptop. I login multiple times, it reminds me everytime.
3. Apple cider vinegar. 2 tsp everyday...

These three little thing works good for me...

    I feel it helps reduce weight and get rid of some bacterias in the body.. i feel i have less digestive problems now..

    I do not have diabetes, but i heard it helps reduce diabetes...
