Treadmill

hi all, can anyone recommend a good treadmill workout? Hubby says higher incline better with walking to loose weight rather than running ...... Help

    It is far easier on our body to power walk than it is to run. uphill helps with resistance. I use the eliptical 1/2 daily and then the treadmill uphill 1/2 hour a day.

    Just run on it. Not really a better way to use it.

    Pretty much this.

    But it's gorgeous out now, so if it's safe for you to do so, I'd go outside.

    But if you hate running or can't run, dont. If you like incline walking, do that. Do whatever you enjoy and will stickto. That's the best exercise to do

    Running on the treadmill gives you more effect than the normal running. But choosing the best treadmill is the important one.

    If you like to run, run.

    If you don't like to run, walk with an incline.

    My doctor said no to running for me, but I found out I could wiggle around that by running in a pool! Hah!

    I do like walking on a treadmill on an incline, though.

    As for burning calories? Running burns more.
