Hi all,

I've only been using this site for a few days now, ignoring a couple of false starts. My trainer at the gym started me on this so we can accurately monitor my calories and macros to properly align them with my fitness goals. I lost a lot of weight recently on a calorie-restricted ketogenic paleo diet (currently down 64 lbs. from my maximum) but I've been adding to the carbs to properly feed my lifting workouts. I'm getting the hang of the site, having used FitDay religiously a long time ago, this is a much better tool. Also started using MapMyRun, so I like the synergy between the tools.

So that's my introduction! :)
