HELP me please

So I'm having problems, I've been going to the gym 6 days a week (started about 3 weeks ago) and eating super clean, (with occasional treat) and so far I've gone from 150lbs to 146lbs.. yay! Im on a 1400 cal diet and work off min 300 -700 cals a day (depending on whar i do) I'm just shy of 6 feet tall, and I usually walk everywhere, now I have my first trip to Mexico with my boyfriend on just 8th and I'm looking for something to help me loose some extra water weight/ possible few pounds? My goal is 146lbs. Does anyone have a suggestion of a clense? I've don't the cabbage soup diet it worked decent, but hoping for something with a little more flavor. Any suggestions are appreciated :)

    Just carry on with what you're doing. What does it matter if you lose water weight? You won't look any different.

    You're really not going to find much support for cleanses here.

    If you want to get rid of water weight and still eat good food, then drop the carbs (less than 30 g per day).
    Though, like @DemoraFairy said, it won't make that much of a difference to how you look. Plus, you might get the "keto flu," which will make you feel like crap.

    Since you've lost following your method, then I see no reason to try something different - you might screw it up and gain.

    At nearly 6' and weighing in at 146lbs, you are already a slim healthy weight, so what are you trying to do to yourself? If you lose much more, you won't be slim but you will be skinny which is not the most attractive look at all! Be happy as you are and focus on enjoying the holiday, look outwards to the places you will visit and not inwards finding fault with yourself!
