Tonight I had a great meal I thought would be worth sharing:
4oz steak strips
2-3oz kimchi
2 sheets of seaweed
Bottled lime & lemon juice
Cilantro
Cook the steak in a pan with a very small amount of oil and use as much seasoning as you want, (I like McCormick Montreal steak seasoning), and if you'd like throw some kimchi in there as well if you'd prefer it warm and mixed with some of the steak juice. Then you can take strips of seaweed and wrap up everything together and dip it in the lemon and lime juices with the cilantro. It's a bit like chimichurri sauce (which you could make by also adding olive oil, garlic, vinegar and salt, but the oil adds a lot of calories. I like even just the juice and cilantro for light summer flavoring). I love that the bottled juices contain 0 calories!
This meal doesn't contain many calories and I found it delicious and filling! Felt a good amount of energy after eating. Will probably have it again this week..

No idea what Montreal seasoning is since we don't think we have it in Australia but plenty of other things I could use instead. This does sound good and healthy too. You could really substitute just about any meat like chicken or seafood with it for a change too. I have a lime tree so would use those though.0

Yeah all that sounds good. To be fair, real limes will probably taste better!0

Also, Montreal seasoning is a mixture of salt, black pepper, paprika, sunflower oil, garlic, and some other unnamed ingredients.0
