Calculated my BMI...I'm no longer obese. Merely overweight. Woo hoo!

    YAY!!!! Until I found this site, I never thought I would look forward to being overweight and cheering on others who accomplish it! Great work!

    Congratulations! Celebrate every milestone. And always have another short-term goal ahead of you, as well as your final long-term goal to work toward. Keep up the good work!

    Next goal: 185 to go on vacation in June. I'm going to be climbing those mountains with my kids!
