I'm heading on a business trip to the UK in 3 weeks (Bury St Edmunds), does anyone have recommendations for healthy restaurants or a place to workout as the hotel my company booked doesn't seems to have a gym?

Bury St Edmunds is quite small but there are a good range of eateries. Many of the restaurants are national chains with websites where you can look up nutritional information and decide what to eat beforehand. Check out:
Prezzo http://www.prezzorestaurants.co.uk/
Bill's http://bills-website.co.uk/
Pizza Express http://www.pizzaexpress.com/
Giraffe http://www.giraffe.net/
Cafe Rouge http://www.caferouge.com/
Nandos http://www.nandos.co.uk/
Wagamama http://www.wagamama.com/
There are also a lot of other independent restaurants, so there'll be something for every taste and budget.
I've never used any gyms there but a quick Google shows there are a few, including a 'Leisure Centre' (which are often council-subsidised facilities in the UK), weight lifting gym, a CrossFit gym and some health spas (Clarice House is a well known spa in the area) so there'll be something to suit your training needs.0 -
