Anyone use Davina DVD???

I have the power of three dvd, how do I enter this exercise into the website??? Today I done warm up/legs&bum/upperbody and cool down. thanks

    I have the same DVD and the Body Buff and I always put them down as Aerobics General and log how many minutes I have been doing it for. I tend to set the egg time when I start and knock off 5 mins for all the getting down on the floor and getting back up again bits.

  • I have and I log it as Aerobics general. I have a HRM so i log however minutes make up the amount of calories I have burnt...
