I've discovered MFP just last week and I'm hoping it can help me battle the last few pounds I'm trying to loose. I don't really have motivation around me; everyone keeps telling me I'm thin enough. Only, it is not about how I look, but literally the number because I've just been selected as a coxswain for a rowing crew. Lightweight men to be exact. Meaning that I should be lighter then 55 kg, which is something about 120 pounds I think? So here I am: just hoping for a little support! :smiley:

    Hi! I'm a coxswain who lost a lot of weight last year because of mental health stuff and now I'm trying to maintain+gain a few pounds :smile: I sent you a FR, if you're cool with that

    Hi! I am new here too! Well not really lol. I've had MFP for a few months but I kept taking breaks on and off. I am now logging in every day and back on it!!
