I've discovered MFP just last week and I'm hoping it can help me battle the last few pounds I'm trying to loose. I don't really have motivation around me; everyone keeps telling me I'm thin enough. Only, it is not about how I look, but literally the number because I've just been selected as a coxswain for a rowing crew. Lightweight men to be exact. Meaning that I should be lighter then 55 kg, which is something about 120 pounds I think? So here I am: just hoping for a little support!
