This site will definitely help, Ihave lost 51lbs so far and 31lbs of it have all been since I joined this site. I promise if I can do it anyone can. Focus hard on exercise, number 1 : it will allow you to eat more, number 2 : find healthy enjoyable diet options and you will be successful in all your dieting endeavors. Hello to you! This site will really help you keep motivated to eat right, exercise, etc. I find that if I don't consider what I'm doing as a "diet", it's much easier to stick with the program! Call this adventure a "weight loss plan" or anything that sounds good to you. You can do this & there are so many helpful people on MFP to keep you on track! Much luck to you on your journey!:happy:0

Thank you so much for motivating me!:) I hope to stick to the plan and count the calories and of course.....exercise!!! I started to swim before work, and run twice a week for about 45-60 min ( walk-run-walk method ) which is great especially when the sun is out:)0
