I have 30 mins I can go to the gym in my lunch break. What is the best thing to do in this time? I currently do CV but would like to get back into the weights. When I attended bootcamp did HIIT and pyramids etc but don't feel confident enough to do this on my own. Thanks

If I only had 30 minutes, I would spend it on one of the big 4, dead, bench, standing overhead press or squats.0

Can you explain more? Thanks0

30 minutes every day? I'd alternate strength and cardio workouts if you don't have any fitness goals other than getting better and losing weight?0

30 minutes is just enough to squeeze in a Stronglifts 5x5 routine.
eg. Day 1
squats 5x5
benchpress 5x5
Bent Over Row 5x5
Day 2
Squat 5x5
Overhead press 5x5
Deadlift 1x50 -
Ok cool!! Thank you0

30 minutes and the time it would take you to get to the gym and change both ends (45 - 60mins then) is long enough to complete an abridged Ashtanga Yoga routine - all the strength and flexibility you will ever need.
The entire session would take around 75 minutes.0
