Hi out there I'm a Bordem snacker and wondering what r best ways to get rid of munchies or good things to snack on I like salty foods

Best way I found is sugar free chewing gum an plenty of water the will suppress ur appetite but it's up2 u for self control0

Also dried fruit an nuts r good to snack on aswel0

Hi! I would do an activity like going for a walk, painting your nails, checking email, calling up a friend, reading a book, play with a dog, clean a room, watch tv, get your hair done, get a massage, spend time with God, go shopping, working out etc etc. Try something new or fun.

I'm the same way. I just try to stay busy and keep my hands busy0

Thanks for advice I'll try the dried fruit and nuts I'm usually not bad during the day it's after kids go to bed and I sit and relax I know that's the worst time to munch0
