and still learning what to do to achieve a successful body transformation. There is so much info online and I am looking for support especially from those who have very similar challenges like I do but all is welcome. I have an endomorphic body type and I would sincerely appreciate advice from other endormorphic body types who have successfully lost over 80 pounds or who had a body fat percentage of over 35% and lowered it to less than 15%.

    Burn more calories than you take in. Consistency in exercise and diet. That's all you need to know. Good luck to you
