Weekend downfall!

Im fairly new to working out/eating healthy. I do very well with my eating and working out on the weekdays but the weekends are difficult. I always end up breaking my routine, no matter how hard I try! Anyone else have or had this problem? Any tips?!

I guess I am lucky that what I do for fun on the weekends tends to be my big exercise for the week, whether that is hiking, going for a long ride or run, climbing, or skiing.
Is there something you enjoy that is also exercise you could save for the weekend making it an event?

I love being active outside! I'm in Texas and the weather has been rainy for the last couple weeks, which makes it difficult. I still go to the gym in the morning. It's the evenings, specifically, on the weekends that get to me!0

I lived in Ft Hood Texas for a few years, it was very hot there. Never got quite acclimated to it, used to have to bring a ton of water when we went for a hike or really doing anything outside.0
