2 years ago I lost almost 30lbs. Since then I had another baby and gained 200lbs plus the 30lbs I lost. I'm feeling really low about myself right now and need help getting back on track and getting this weight off for good... help me on where to start!

The best thing is to just start where you can. Start by tracking your food - EVERYTHING that you eat goes into your diary here on MFP. That will show you not only how many calories you are actually consuming, but then also what adjustments you need to make to hit the right numbers. Also, start doing some exercise. It doesn't have to be an intense, hour-long session on the treadmill. Start with what you can do. If you can't do anything more than walk a couple of times around the block, do that! If you can run for only 5 minutes before having to walk the rest of your planned route, do that! Find your starting point, wherever that is, and then slowly you will start improving and pushing yourself farther and farther.0
