Fell off the horse

Hello everyone. I started using MFP about 2.5 years ago. It helped me successfully go from 240-160 in the span of just a couple months, and I did well to help it off. However, after switching from a highly active job to a desk job, where garbage food was served daily, I quickly ballooned to back over 200. After getting the rest of my life in order, I decided it was time to get my weight back under control, this time for good.
I'm JD, and I can't wait to take on this journey again.

I'm on the same journey. I started at 242 and I hope to get down to 140/150. I have about 40 left to go.
My biggest fear after I loose the weight is that I become complacent and balloon back to 240.0 -
Good Luck, Guys!0

Well, you've done it once, so you know you can do it again. You said you lost all that weight previously in just a couple of months, so perhaps this time you may want to take it just a little bit slower, and work on life changes that are more sustainable in the long run. We can do anything we set our mind to. Good luck on your journey!0
