Did it! Lost 30 pounds!?!

I always told myself once I lost the weight I want to post on here and motivate others!?! I started late January.. Came on this App for discipline! I started to get the hang of everything including exercise! I made it an everyday lifestyle not just a fad or trend!?! I watched what I ate and included cardio everyday.. Even if it was only 30 min alternating between weights! This is my progress as of today June 1st! I want to lose more and mainly get lean and fit by lifting weights! In conclusion! Do not get discouraged keep going!! You can do it!! Be positive and have the determination within yourself!! You will succeed! This is my story. Xoxo
