Hi New to this

Just started this a week ago and it has really helped me with my eating habits already. Hoping I don't get bored and stop. I'm not good at diaries and get tired of them after a while. Am I the only one who fills out the next day's food diary (breakfast at least) just to make sure you are staying on track? I'm always under my caloric requirement but way over my sugar. I'm Jamaican and love my mangos (ataulfos are my weakness) but full of sugar; I don't have a lot of snack foods in my house mostly fruits so that's what I snack on when the urge gets me. At least it's natural/raw sugar and not refined.

    I find the same too! Natural sugars coming from fruit isn't nearly as bad as refined sugar, but I'm not sure this app counts them as different. I tend to just ignore it when I know I've eaten mostly fruit sugars.

    Yeah that's what I do also. With a family history of hypertension as long as my sodium is not too high I'm happy. Except for one day, I usually don't reach the daily Na recommended. :smile:
