Hi all,
I am new here... well just re-starting after a long time. Does anyone know how I can add my planks to my daily exercises? I know they count for something. Also, I work out for 20 min a day on a cross-training machine at the gym and am not sure how to include that.
Thanks all...

If you are using the MFP app on your phone, you can also download MapMyRun, and MapMyFitness. I believe MapMyFitness would help you log both of those exercises, as I can even use it to log swimming laps! Good luck!0
