Running gear recommendations

I'm training for 10k and am looking for more practical gear to handle my keys, phone, and asthma inhaler. Does anyone have recommendations for something lightweight and compact? Thanks!

Something like the flipbelt might be pretty useful to you. I used it and I have a pretty large phone (iPhone 6+) and I was able to keep plastic cards , keys and money in there.

What are you using now? I've seen some pretty slim hip pouches but I'm not sure how well they would stay up while running.0

I have a Spider belt. Spider is the brand. I purchased it at Dicks Sporting Goods a few years ago. It looks small but it's stretchy it's a zipper access. When I race I usually only carry the key I need to get in my car my phone for music as I don't like the bulk an arm band. I just stuff my inhaler in my sports bra for easy access if needed quickly ..lol. it should fit tho in the belt..you'd have to stop to unzip to get it out.0

If I'm not carrying water and have no jacket pockets, I use the Amphipod MicroStretch Race Belt:

For one basic reason: the pocket stretches large enough to accomodate my iPhone 5 in its Lifeproof (waterproof) case. I can fit a few other things in it, too. A Lifeproof + an inhaler would be a tough squeeze, though, I think. (But your phone case could well be smaller.)
Running Warehouse offers free return shipping in the U.S., so if that's where you are, you could always test out different options until you find one big enough to hold what you need, that doesn't pop open as you run:

Thank you so much for the recommendations, everyone. I am in the US. Right now, I use a pouch attached to a lanyard, which was fine as a temporary solution, but it's driving me nuts now.0

These are nice. http://www.amphipod.com/products/holders/day-of-race/airflow-microstretch-belt
It carries my phone and keys easily and adjusts to fit snugly with no movement at all.0 -

Been running for years, and I'm with Isaack This one has been awesome for me (and I, too, stuff my iPhone 6+ in there haha). Moved over to this after the 6+ "outgrew" my spibelt.0 -
I use this for my phone and car key when running. It can go on the front or back and stays snug and flat. I prefer it to having a belt go all the way around. amazon.com/2015-Running-Buddy-Pouch-Black/dp/B00ATIE5ZE/ref=sr_1_1?s=sports-and-fitness&ie=UTF8&qid=1433340781&sr=1-1&keywords=run+buddy0
