    Had difficulty finding a full body picture but that was from New Years Eve so 6 months ago. I didn't start MFP or my latest journey until the April so this is 57 days in or so and minus 18lbs! Today I fit into a pair of size 8s (vanity 8s, but still!) that I was sure I wouldn't be able to wear yet!

    Can't wait to be able to put "goal weight" next to the next one!

    For me, lifting heavy, a focus on macros (mainly protein), and time! Still a work in progress!

    @Caitoriri: There's a huge difference in the pics! Sometimes the difference is more visible to an outsider - great progress, and if the pic on right is from 2014 - you look 5 years younger!
