My name is Tammy. I am a stay at home mom of three beautiful children. Meadowe is 13, Jaedyn and Aedyn are 4. I am happily married but not happy with myself. I feel I have no energy to do much of anything. I am from Missouri. I am a newbie at all of this. I am doing this for myself but also for my daughter Meadowe. She herself is having weight problems and if I can do this I know she can too.
