Hi, I have been doing this on my own for a while. I have had a little success on my own but I am looking for MFP friends for support and encouragement.

Yeah, having your own little cheering section is great! Friend me and I'll do what I can!
  • Feel free to message me or send me a Friend request. My food diary is open to all Friends, so you can see what I do, if you want to look at it for suggestions/support/ideas. We are all in this together!

I am new on mfp and could use all the support I can get! I am getting married October 14, 2011 and I want to lose about 10lbs a month until the date.
I woke up this morning ready to work out and start my diet when instead I went and ate the fattiest breakfast for no reason. I need support and hopefully I can find it here and make some friends. :)

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Focus on enjoying this time leading up to your wedding, it is a time of joy. Your fiance' obviously loves you for who you are so don't put too much pressure on yourself. Weight loss is a lifestyle choice much the same as marriage, just embrace it and take the time to enjoy it. Yes, you can enjoy the weight loss journey. It sounds like you have a supporting partner to build your new life with all around.
