I wanna get bigger as im skinny but lean i dont wanna bulk i wanna gain muscle and know how much to eat and stuff and what stuff to do

Try to figure out what your TDEE is. You'll need to know how much energy you're body is burning daily to figure out where to start. Otherwise based on weight & goals MFP will set you a preliminary calorie goal based on info given. Sounds like you may be wanting a recomp instead of a bulk. Check out the bodybuilders.com or muscleforlife.com sites for more info.0

If you are 'skinny', and want to gain size, you pretty much will have to bulk. If you stay the same weight, you can gain muscle - but you will be losing fat, and if you are already skinny, then this approach would not make sense. If you want to stay lean but gain size, then you should do a lean bulk (mild surplus) and make sure you have your training dialed in.0
