Hi I have been on different diets and exercise plans but have trouble sticking to the plan long enough to see any results. One cheat day and my weight goes right up! I lose confidence and throw in the towel.

Then forget the cheat day! Have a planned day that takes you to maintenance calories. Maybe reward yourself with a non-food splurge at specific interval...something like new low cut socks for exercising or an hour of solitude to read or a new magazine subscription or a trip to your favorite park, museum, movie, beach, *where ever*.

Plan your rewards so you have more than the scale to look forward to.

    Best of luck!

I love the idea of an hour of solitude
