My doctor told me about this site and I have to bring my report to each doc appointment for her to look over as she helps me lose weight. My weight gain is from medications and eating. I am on prednisone often. I have several chronic health issues and am disabled/retired. I am happy to be here and have already lost 1 size within the past month.

    That's so awesome you already lost 1 size! I just started my weight loss journey about a week ago, and it's really encouraging to hear that. Wishing you lots of luck!
