Hi my name is Valeria I live in LA & am so happy I finally found an app where you can talk to people who are on the same journey as me please add me and motivate each other to lose weight and stay healthy & comment on what your goal is

    I'm 33 living in Brighton, UK.
    I've just had baby no.3 and I'm finding it three times harder to shift my baby weight! Would definitely like to be fitness buddies.
    I'm 173 at the moment, my goal is 161 pounds.

    Hey there. I found out dads put on baby weight too haha. I've had two boys in the last two years. Sounds like we have similar goals. You both feel free to add. :)
