Not super high in protein, but low calories:
Light string cheese
Light Babybel cheese
Laughing Cow cheese
(Can you tell I like cheese?)
Higher in protein, but also in calories:
Egg whites (or whole eggs if you prefer) with chunks of Babybel or some other light cheese
Greek yogurt
Pre-made protein drink
Quinoa muffins (made with quinoa and egg whites/whole eggs) - I like them with spinach and goat/feta cheese

Protein bars or drinks...nuts, higher-protein kind bars I love! Greek yogurt is awesome too...I always love that.0

is this for at home? Im on this new found thing with egg whites. I beat/whisk or whatever you call it until it becomes fluffy/foam and add liquid sweetner to it or calorie free drink enhancer while im blending it. I eat it with a spoon, tastes sweet and yummy and is ultra low cal and high in protein. 25 calories for 5 grams of protein for a serving of egg white whisked to a foam. Just a suggestion...0
