hmmmm, we do have some leftover halibut and asparagus risotto. But it might be a turkey burger night with sautéed mushrooms. That's my all time low cal favorite dinner for sure! Will leave me lots of calories for chocolate!!!

Turkey veg meatloaf, garlic mashed potatoes, gravy, and salad.
But I'm probably going to skip to potatoes. We'll see.

Chicken Pot Pie skillet meal. Half the bag is only 375 calories. I love these things. Only $3-$5 to feed two people.
  • Costco rotisserie chicken breast (5 oz), Pita Pal Balella salad, cooked spinach.

A nice salad of Healthy Ones Roast Turkey, Sargento Pepper Jack Cheese, mixed greens, tomato and a pickle. Weight Watchers Salted Caramel Ice Cream Bar for dessert. In about 40 minutes, I'll round out the day with a Saturn Peach.

I came home and my husband had made chicken and dumplings - was so good and I didn't have to cook.
