Kick Boxing

Hi all! So I recently started kick boxing an hour 3 times a week. Does anyone else do this for their "main" exercise? Do you have any before/during/after pictures? I would love to see the results I could get with a smart diet and kick boxing on a consistent basis.

    I don't have pictures of her, but a woman started at my gym at 220 lb in September 2013, and at the end of last June she fought her first sanctioned bout at 142 lb. Obviously she trained more than 3 times a week leading up to the fight, but I'd say she lost her first 40 or so just through regular classes and watching what she ate.

    I have done Cardio Kick boxing and Kickboxing for my main exercise. It's cardio, after all. But I took weights classes a few times a week too.

    I just started doing kickboxing and I love it. I want to start doing it as my main exercise too. Does anyone know of any good kickboxing videos online or specific trainers?

    I started kickboxing on March 13 (the first pic). I go 5 days a week, and do 2 strength, flexibility & technique classes a week also. Started at 195. The second pic was May 31, and weighing in at 180. I have gotten down to 177.4 as if this morning though. I LOVE my instructor, she's intense and knows what she's doing. But diet is so much of it too...

    I should (or want) to add that I have a (almost) 5 month old baby. So the first pic was 2 months post partum.
