1st time beating the binge

I had a very terrible day today. I've been irritable all day craving everything that I've been missing. feeling highly pressured to keep on track. overwhelm with counting calories. Burdened by making the right choices. It's been only three weeks of actually sticking to and committing myself to exercise and a healthier diet.I yelled at my husband a few times, frustrated the kids, irritated a few coworkers...but I managed to go walking on my lunch which I never do. I also was accompanied by my kids for the first time walking and they encouraged me to run ALOT for the first time and it was really cool I burned more calories than normal and I managed to make it through my binging moment.yay!! :D
