Hi my name is Priscilla and I just had a baby 3 months ago my beautiful baby girl and I was so in shape before and now I'm on the journey to getting back in shape and reaching my goal weight ! Wish me luck

    I hope you are nursing and that you aren't not cutting calories so aggressively that if affects your milk supply.
