I'm super excited and a bit nervous.
Via satellite
I'm going to be on The Morning Blend( NBC channel 4) this Friday talking about Spike Diet and diet myths.
I will link to their video after they post the segment on their site. I will take pictures and blog about it to. Hopefully this is my first of many TV appearances.
Wish me luck or is it break a leg just for theatre?

    I'm not in Milwaukee, but I'm in Fond du Lac. We watch channel 4 every morning. My husband has to get his daily fill of Caitlin from the news and then we watch the morning blend. I will definiitely be watching for you. Good Luck!!!

    Just want to say quickly that the show was awesome. I had a ton of fun. The hosts, Molly and Tiffany were two of the nicest women I've met. They made it so easy.

    I'm getting booked on more too,I have Vegas in September!!!
    Hopefully my local station will pick me up soon.
