Visual study resources

I'm on a break due to an injury, but I don't want to completely waste my time. I want to spend it learning about proper techniques for strength exercises and going deeper into theory. Where would be a good place to go for it? Maybe another website or a 3D video resource.

I personally enjoy watching people train on youtube.
My personal favourites are:
Chris Jones in Physiques Of Greatness
Matt Ogus - Flexforall2
Omar Isuf
Nick Wright
I usually just browse the internet for what's on my mind, find a few different articles and read them all when it comes into the theory.
Be careful though, broscience is EVERYWHERE.0 -

If you're serious about learning, get the study materials for a good personal trainer certification like NASM. You can buy them used on Ebay.
If you want entertainment - youtube.0 -
Well, Muscle and Motion has those. I've been suscribed to them for 2 years now. I use it for training. They also have an interactive exercise encyclopedia.0

Thank you, this is a great reference point. I am really a newbie about many things, but at least I know my aim now.
Of course, still a long way to go for me.0 -
