I've been working on losing 25 pounds too. My previous logging consist of using measuring cup and logging it that way I will be giving my digital scale a work out and hope to see some hardcore changes on the scales. I am so excited to see where this takes me0

Losing weight shouldn't be hard. People make it hard by over restriction or eliminating food they love from their intake.
I have lost 56lbs eating all the foods I love in moderation.
Feel free to look at my diary and you will see chocolate, burgers, fried chicken, McDonalds and even chips and alcohol...
