Just 7 days in....

Hello all...hope your feeling good and training hard.
I started using myfitnesspal a week ago.
And I was amazed by the results and also what was in my food.
This has given me the needed kick up the backside.
I was over 28 stones just over 4 years ago.
So I have been working hard for a while in the gym and my diet.
But this has made a massive change in only 7 days.
18 months ago...I was down to a mere 15st 9lbs
But I looked like I was well into my fifties and had the face of a marathon runner(drawn)
So built myself up in the gym(17st 4lb), but my diet was not fabulous.
So here I am, started a week ago at 17st now 16st 5lb
The weight is not my target, the shape and a healthy diet is.
I train hard, 4 times a week for 90 minutes
And now with this app, I sometimes struggle to eat all my calories
Now that I have found out where I was lacking and where I was over eating
Generally too much fat,sugar and not enough protein etc
So I now feel fuller after my meals for longer
And also less tired in the gym with the extra protein etc.

Think its a great app...lets see what happens over the next few months ;)

    Wow! Way to go!!! I have been battling my weight for a while too. I realized that I needed to cut the sugar & carbs too. Way to go on what you have accomplished already! Add me if you'd like. ☺️
