I am in mid 40's been active for past 4 years have done everything, my calorie intake is between 1200and 16oo daily I have a vivofit and I have over 18000 steps daily. I can't seem to loose I have been stuck at 167-169 for over a year. I eat healthy I make good choices why cant I loose?????????? I need help

    Are you using a food scale to ensure you're eating the amount you say you are?

    Have you tried changing up your routine with a workout that differs from your normal activities?

    Are you logging accurately and consistently?

    Meaning using a food scale for solids, measuring cups for liquids? choosing correct entries? everyday?

    If you answered no to any of those you are probably eating more than you think.

    Are you logging EVERYTHING you're eating accurately? How are you exercising? Are you being consistent?
