First Official Summer Challenge - Week 3

It's Week 3 of the First Official Summer Challenge. We are at the halfway point. This is the time where people that are doing well, tend to get complacent and rest on their laurels, and those that aren't doing well, get discourage and give up. Don't be in either of these two categories. Are you where you want to be and headed towards your goal? If so, FANTASTIC. Build on that lead, recognize how far you've come, how much more you have to go, and seize the momentum to propel yourself even further along. If you aren't where you want to be, then let's kick it into high gear and head in the right direction. It's NOT too late. If you haven't seen any weight loss, but you know the reasons and can change them, then just do it. If you don't see why you aren't losing weight, reach out to your teammates, someone from another team, or one of your other friends and ask for help and support. Take a look at your food and your exercise and change things up a bit. If you need help, ask for help, we are here to help you!

Once again, the team leaders have come through and I've gotten all the weigh ins on time. YAYAYAYA!

This week's challenge: Reach across the aisle and either ask for help or provide helpful insight and encouragement to someone who might need it. Also, drink one more glass of water every day, than your normal amount.

Team Orange had two big "Losers" this week deserving of honorable mention. And Snookemz, even if you think yours is just water loss, we'll take every loss we can get!

I think last week's layout works the best so until I hear otherwise, I'll stick with that. 1st number is the starting weight, second is week 3 wt, third is the amount lost for the week, 4th is the percentage lost for the week, 5th is your total lost since we started, and 6th is the total percentage lost since we started. Since there were so many numbers, I did go ahead and add numbers even for those with no loss, so you don't get lost with the numbers. Remember, even if you didn't lose, don't panic. It's a new day and week! Please let me know if I goofed on the numbers! You won't hurt my feelings, I promise. Also, if you have any questions or suggestions on a better way to display this, please let me know.

    yay, eveyone is doing fantastic!

    i have to bring up the fact that it's Memorial Day weekend coming up. besides, the real meaning of it, we call all celebrate the summer fruits and veggies. stay strong, everyone, thru the holiday!

    Thanks for bringing up the holiday. Believe it or not, it is possible to enjoy a good Memorial Day BBQ AND stay within your calories. Be sure to watch your portion size, count all your calories, drink plenty of water, and get your workout down. You mihgt even add a little more of a workout if you plan to indulge a little.
