A fellow mfp user suggested I have 20 pounds to lose for my abs to be seen. This sounds pretty high to me. Thoughts?

Do you work out? Because yes, you will need a low body fat percentage, but they also have to be trained to be visible.
And it is hard to tell whether you need to lose more weight / how much or just need to train them better.0 -
I agree with the above comment. I think you will need to get quite a bit leaner but you also need to build some abs so there's something there to see.0
