ChaLEAN extreme (the first 30 w/ pics)

Okay, so, I've NEVER posted pictures publically before. I'm mortified to be doing so still, but, I know a lot of people are currently doing CLX and I wanted to give a little inspiration to people and show real progress with the program. I've just completed my first 30 days of CLX which I coupled with C25K (I run M, W & F). I try to get as much exercise as I can. Aside from CLX & C25K I live a pretty normal lifestyle. I have twins, so I take them for walks to the park, I play baseball once a week, nothing too extreme. I drink water, I eat my exercise calories back, and I put 100% of me into my workouts every time.
Monday I'll start PUSH phase which I'm excited about, but until then ... here are my progress pictures from BURN. Hope this inspires someone doing the program to keep going (even if they're not losing weight). As an add on, I didn't lose any weight my first month (in numbers). I'm still sitting at 159lbs, but look at the pictures. Not losing weight doesn't always mean you're not making progress. Keep that head up & keep pressing play.

OMG! You have obliques lines and the 1st pack of your six pack! I would LOVE to have those one day! How exciting!!!! This is exactly what I needed to see to push me to 100% on my workout today (my LEAST favorite workout day, Burn Intervals and Ab Burner- kill me now!). Congrats, girlie! Show that Push Phase who's boss!0

Your progress is so impressive, and thanks so much for sharing and inspiring those of us just getting started! If you've made that much progress in just 30 days, I can't imagine where you'll be by the end of the lean phase (since that's supposedly where the "magic" happens)! This is why I need to take "before" pictures ASAP!
