OK, more like new *again* . I was somewhat active here a while back in support of my younger sister.

Now I'm pregnant with my fifth child and experiencing gestational diabetes, which is new. So, for the first time in my life I have to keep track of what I eat.

I also have Major Depressive Disorder so every day is a struggle to just get by. I don't always eat the best and hardly have energy to exercise, but having a smart phone with this app (and one for glucose monitoring) has helped me a lot.

I'd love to make friends,particularly with those in a similar boat. But I'm not looking for a drill sergeant, nor do I want to be one. Weight loss is hardly my goal here, though it has seemed to be coming on its own.

    Clean eating for that baby to be is most important, just track what you eat and try to eat clean . Congrats on # 5
