Late night eating at work

hey everyone ! I work at a bar/ restaurant so we close at 1am every night. I normally get to work around 2-230 am because I always close the restaurant.
We can not put "dinner" in until after 9 and sometimes as late as 11.
I always order the kids grilled chicken tenders (3 tenders) with carrots and 2oz ranch dressing. I'm eating late but I still do a lot of running around.
Do you think it's really bad to be eating me that late? I normally eat around 330 before work. I know you shouldn't eat after 7:30.
What do you guys think?

Why shouldn't you eat after 730? I work nights and know plenty of other people that do as well and have lost weight just fine.0

Believe it on not it doesn't matter what time you eat....just how many calories you are eating. Keep a deficit and you will lose weight.0

I eat around my work schedule because my body is on a different time clock. I have breakfast at noon, lunch at 5pm and dinner at around 11pm0

What time you eat has no effect on weight loss.0

As long as it fits within your allotted calorie count and your macros then you are good. The only disclaimer I would add is that eating too soon before you go to sleep can cause indigestion, that’s not to say it will. If you experience indigestion when you lay down try eating a little sooner or try something different.0

Eating late doesn't matter, except as DWBalboa said, if it causes indigestion. Just don't wait so long to eat that you allow yourself to get too hungry!
Also, isn't there other things you could eat? I get easily bored with food and like variety. I think variety is also important when controlling your weight so you don't feel deprived and then splurge. But, I know some people, who eat the same things every day and are happy, so, who's to say?0
