I've been on here about a week and I'm addicted! I lost 18lb between feb and march and now nothing for 2 months, getting very frustrated, any tips? Fran x

Are you eating enough? Sometimes that can be a problem...or if you are eating the same things everyday. I know that used to be a problem for me...I am just getting back at it so I have a ways to go....But congrats to you on your 18lb weight loss so far!!! That is pretty inspiring!!0

Thank you! It might be that I'm not eating enough, although I'm usually above the 1200, generally 1600 and sometimes more! On the nutrition bit it always says that my sugars are too high, but most of that is from fruit! Could that be a problem?
